Important info:

  • As clients have varying requirements to satisfy their genealogy research goals, we cannot offer an exact timeline for results or even a guarantee that researching your family's lineage will produce any or all of the results you hope to find. Simply put, we don't know if these records still exist, ever existed, or how detailed or far-reaching they are.

  • Negative evidence is not a negative search. Contrasting with a negative search result, negative evidence comes from our analysis of the research question as a whole. Which means we still spend time researching, therefore it is billable time. A record of these searches will also be supplied in your invoice.

  • The client is responsible for obtaining their DNA results from an offsite reputable company. Also all the related fees.

Timeline

Generally, a search time is 6 to 12 weeks, however start date and a delivery estimate will be given once we know your particulars.

Please note, that file requests from Government archives / libraries / others can take months to receive. We will apprise you this fact if it pertains to your requests.
